Together with DTU Aqua and as part of the LTA Boost project, OceanMatter mapped the structural barriers preventing Danish seaweed and shellfish from reaching commercial scale. Through 46 industry contacts across six sectors, we identified the six key pain-points holding the sector back — and translated them into four concrete policy recommendations for funders, regulators, and industry actors.
